The Holiday
Today we are talking about The Holiday, written and directed by Nancy Meyers, from 2006. The film is about two women, Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz who are troubled with guy issues. Also, they decided to swap homes with the hopes that a different location will help them out, only to fall in love with another local. In addition, Jude Law and Jack Black are the new suitors who appear to distract the ladies. The film stitches together two rom coms, what do you think?
Iris: You’re supposed to be the leading lady in your own life, for God’s sake!
