Some Like it Hot is the story of two male musicians who witness a mob murder and escape under the guise of being part of an all-female band and hi-jinks ensue. The film stars Marilyn Monroe, Jack Lemon, and Tony Curtis. Billy Wilder wrote and directed the film. It was filmed at The Hotel del Coronado in San Diego that stood in for the Floridian hotel.
