It is a problematic and highlights some of the disfunction that we see today. The film stars Faye Dunaway and William Holden. The film is said to be a satirical drama produced by MGM. It is about a fourth television network that is struggling to keep up with the ratings of the strong three; CBS, NBC and ABC. It won 20 awards and received 27 nominations. Peter Finch, Faye Dunaway and Beatrice Straight won an Academy Award that year.
